Holy One,
At the start of a new academic year we remember that schools are much more than teachers and students. Effective and safe education also needs janitors, secretaries, aides, food service workers, librarians, security staff, administrators and so many more.
Grant school staff wisdom, persistence and love to accomplish their necessary work. Help them to remember that no work and no effort escapes your notice and that you are able to use their work for your glory. Let their presence be a blessing to the students they encounter. Grant them patience for their encounters with students and teachers.
We often forget how necessary school staff is and we often fail to properly appreciate and support them. Thank you for their persistence and faithfulness in spite of poor recognition by others. Thank you for all their work that makes school run smoothly and efficiently and safely.
